You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any photos, content, or materials you submit do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of all photos and materials you submit for editing. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use, modify, and edit your materials as well as sharing the photos in marketing materials and for social media use.
We strive to deliver edited photos within the timeframe agreed upon during your order. However, delivery times may vary based on project complexity and volume. We will communicate any significant delays as early as possible.
Payment terms will be outlined during your order process.
Payments must be made in full on the first of each month but if you prefer, you can pay the balance at whatever date before the first of the month.
Due to the customized nature of our work, all sales are final. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer reasonable revisions upon request within 3 of delivery.
All templates, software, or processes we use to deliver Services are our property. You agree not to copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary materials without permission.
You agree not to:
Upload any material that is unlawful, offensive, or violates the rights of others
Attempt to hack, disable, or interfere with the operation of our Site
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services related to that claim.
